Interesting take on Craigslist - both on the many niches it covers, and the many services that are trying to thrive in each selected niche. It's interesting to think of this issue from an ecological/evolutionary perspective. To me Craigslist is the the successful generalist, that can also co-exist (in some cases) with specialists that "feed" off of a more specialized customer with more specific requirements.
